However, we regret to inform you that your recent experience at this establishment was less than satisfactory. The dimly lit treatment rooms and unsanitary environment raised red flags from the start. A closer look revealed a general lack of cleanliness, with towels and massage equipment displaying signs of neglect.
The service itself left much to be desired, particularly during the pedicure. It appears that your feet were only sprayed with water and wiped with what could only be described as a floor cloth, rather than receiving proper treatment and care. The lack of soak or cuticle removal was evident even after just three coats of polish had been applied.
Furthermore, it seems that your concerns were not taken seriously, as the manager's attitude left much to be desired. Despite providing some insight into the poor experience, we understand that you are understandably upset and would like us to remedy this situation. We apologize for any inconvenience and assure you that we will investigate the matter further.
In the meantime, we recommend considering other nearby beauty businesses, such as PureSpa, Ardoe, TThe Marcliffe or House, which have consistently provided top-quality services at more reasonable prices. Save your time and money by exploring these alternative options.
