From what I have read and observed about this beauty business through the tags, reviews, and detailed descriptions available online, it is apparent that they are a well-established hairdressing salon with an impressive range of services, which include bridal hair styling and consultations. However, our experience with their customer service left much to be desired.
We had booked a group of bridesmaids for a salon appointment months in advance, anticipating the special day we were going to spend together in the salon getting ready. Unfortunately, this business made the mistake of canceling the booking without any prior notice, leaving us feeling frustrated and completely unaware that our confirmed booking was at risk.
Upon learning about the cancellation, we promptly called up to inquire about any available slots and were informed that they had no idea we would need to call again to confirm our appointment or face the possibility of losing our slot. This lack of communication left us feeling abandoned and disrespected as loyal customers who had entrusted their services with this establishment.
The situation became even more dire when we found out that there was no apology from the salon, nor were they willing to offer any assistance in resolving the issue or providing recommendations for alternative local businesses that may be able to accommodate our needs.
Thankfully, we managed to find a much friendlier and accommodating hairdressers in Berwick-upon-Tweed just two weeks before our wedding day. This was only possible because we had taken the initiative to call ahead of time and discuss our hair styles for the big event. Despite not being able to experience their skills or expertise firsthand, we can attest that the poor customer service we encountered during this experience left a lasting negative impression on us as potential customers of their services.
