recently went in to book my girlfriend a day of pampering to get her nails and hair and a massage from precioca, i was a little nervous about walking in to ask for prices and advice, but the staff were friendly and helpfull and they gave me a great deal and my girlfriend was delighted with the gift! and i saved a packet!

Attitude stinks all through salon , they make you feel like you are a hassle to their day and also very short staffed which does not work well with a salon terrible experience and it might have been a cheap deal but my god it shows the place is struggling !!

Recently wanted a drastic change but didnt want to pay over the odds for it but wanted to feel in safe capable and professional hands .So i was reccomeded to this salon by a friend and i was very pleased with my change its a new me and i just loved the salon and the atmosphere .Hha

I paid £70 to have my roots bleached and hair tinted and left with yellow roots and damaged broken hair. Apology given for damage but refused refund as not their policy!! offered to colour roots again but wouldnt EVER let them touch my hair again as its gone from thick and healthy to brittle with yellow roots.I will now have to take legal action against this salon.

The customer service is terrible. Overpriced. Crap. Doesnt get much custom to be honest, always very quiet. Not very proffesional what so ever.
