I visited for my child's photoshoot. Don't go unless you wish to be ripped off left right and centre! Very annoyed with my experience and how you are treated, they must think that we are all idiots and fully trained to sell, sell and sell the extortionate costs of their photos under duress and pressure which vary from customer to customer. Any reputable and professional company will never pressure or rush you to buy anything and will always give you an opportuinity to leave and view proofs/samples of your pics taken and to come back with a decision at a later date. I have had much better photos done at other reputabel studios. The same as home pics. NEW ID do not give you that opportity and as i was with my young child they totally exploited the opportunity. All the staff are nice and polite as they are all trained to be that way in order to sell. Don't buy anything from them unless you have a chance to go home and think about it. It is a total scam and i would not recommend anyone to go there.

I think the value for money here for the makeover is amazing. I paid 50 pounds for the deluxe and then got twenty five pounds back from the company towards my pictures. However the prints are pretty pricy. The one that is 20 x 24 is 249 pounds, the 16x 20 is 149 pounds, the 12 x 16 is 99 pounds the 12 x 8 is 70 pounds and the 6 x 8 is 60 pounds, below that is the 5 x 7 that is 50 pounds. They may not be cheap to buy but they are completely amazing and look even better in real life than they do on the computer when they show them to you in the private viewing session. If you are not sure how amazing you can look then go to the New ID website and have a look at the before and after pictures they have on there, they are completely incredible and that is really how much different you are going to look. I loved what they did with my makeup and my hair and can’t stop looking at my pictures, it really gives you a huge incentive to start making more of an effort. I have always been a sort of do as little as possible kind of person but when you see your potential it gives you the kick up the rear that you need!

I really loved this salon. It is very well located, easy to find and very comfortable. The décor is fantastic and the staff are all amazing. I found new id via a friend who had used them and she was just as impressed as I was. I had a morning appointment during the week as the lady on the customer service desk suggested would be best when I phoned her as they get rammed on the weekend. I was there for three and a half hours and had the most amazing makeup done, the hair style they helped me chose really suits me and it is a great cut that is easy for me to maintain as well so that is great. The photoshoot was really good. There are lots of different background and there are props and all sorts, the variety in the shots was really impressive. It is free Bucks Fizz the whole time you are there and I have never met a more friendly bunch of people, to be honest I didn’t really want to leave the salon so I stayed for a bit and watched others having a makeover. This is a great value place to look your best and I will go again one day!
