  Bad customer service my daughter visited hollywood nails her nails started to come off after three days returnex to yhe salon and were very poorly treated refused to replace them just to replace two nails no apology no offer of refund.also seems that they let trainees do clients nails withput asking the client first or without any discount again very poor customer service and it appears no manners. Won't be using again.

  I'm writing this to warn people to not go to this nail bar unless you want your nails to look like they have been done by a 5 year old child. Firstly I walked in and asked if I could have an appointment for a set of 'gel nails', they sat me down straight away and I was asked which colour I would like on. I said I would like no colour just white tips (french manicure). The girl tutted and asked why and I told her I am not allowed to wear colour on my nails for work. She then proceeded to ask me again if I would like colour when she sat down with me. As she was filing my nails I asked if I could have them rounded,,,this was a huge mistake as she made my nails wonky and slightly pointed in certain places..this was when I regretted coming and knew that she didnt know what she was doing. I finally decided to stop her when she started putting the white colour on the ends of my nails as it was all wonky and blotchy and looked absolutely hideous. She did start by using the correct nail stencil but couldnt get the hang of that so decided to go freestyle and my nails look awful. i stopped her and told her it looked wonky and she just looked at me and didnt say anything (they are all Chinese and dont speak much English). I told her I was going elsewhere and was not paying the 18pound and she didnt even apologise she just said 'fine'. There was a girl sat next to me who i later bumped into in town about half an hour later and she showed me her nails and told me she was disappointed. She had only gone in for a file and polish and they couldnt even do that. The polish was on her fingers and bumpy and they made her leave when they were still wet. ALL OF THE STAFF ARE CLEARLY UNTRAINED FOR THE JOB PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE.
