I would give this zero!!!! Worst place ever!!!!! The place is a dump, unclean, undecorated and shabby. I was booking in for a leg and bikini wax and the service was awful! Upon arrival no friendly greeting, no smiles, no nothing. Was led into a makeshift backroom made of chipboard walls and unclean surface. The lady who was working seemed to have no prior knowledge of what I had booked and just winged it. Unlike my other experiences there was no reassurance of pain or anything, as I mentioned a few times to her this was my first bikini wax, she just plain ignored me. When she finished she wiped my legs and bikini line with oil but left loads of wax on and didnt bother to remove it, my clothes ended up sticking to my body for the rest of the day! Very unprofessional! As for the results, well I am furious! I am going on holiday in two days and I have had to book an emergency appointment with another salon to fix what she did. Instead of removing the hairs on my legs she managed to break the hairs off and now my legs are covered in very short stubble and my bikini line is wonky!! My BF laughed when he saw it! I had this done yesterday and I went back this morning to be rudely told (without her even looking) that the hair on my legs is all regrowth from the last time i shaved (what two months ago!?! I was letting my hairs grow long especially for the wax!) and she ''doubted'' my bikini line was bad but she could ''look at if for me'' like she was doing me a favor but under no circumstances does she give refunds! I am now booked into another salon for tomorrow and the lady was very kind and after hearing what happened she has offered to fix it for a tenner and if she cant remove the stubble (as its so short) she wont charge me! Now that is quality service! My advice never go here! they may be cheap but it will cost more to fix their mess ups! Constructive suggestions? BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE CLEAN ENVIRONMENT BETTER TECHNIQUE
