Mandy Flood is fully qualified with NVQ level 2 Nail Services and NVQ level 3 Beauty, CND trained Shellac™ provider, and have been formally trained By Sienna X, and Perron Rigot trainer Kim Lawless aka "The Wax Queen". Mandy also hold's City and Guilds in Hairdressing and Make Up, and is a non smoker.
